HENGKI SIBUEA & PARTNERS LAW OFFICES ("The Firm") was established by young, energetic and profesional Lawyers that are committed to the provision of quality legal services, and to maintaining the highest possible ethical and professional standards.

The Firm are focused its legal services on Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Disputes Resolution as well as providing businesses with commercial and transactional legal advice. Founder of The Firm has more than 10 (ten) years experience in commercial law and litigation practice. His legal experience include providing professional legal services, advice, analyses and recommendations to various business communities in Indonesia in relation to commercial and criminal litigation.

Partners of The Firm has participated in various trainings and seminars in Indonesia especially in:
- Arbitration, conducted by Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC);
- Business Competition and Anti Monopoly;
- Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment;
