Ruth Olivia Tobing is the Partner and founder of
Hengki Sibuea & Partners Law Offices. She graduated from Gadjah Mada University
Yogyakarta with a degree in law in 2004. She continued her studies at Gadjah
Mada University Jakarta majoring in Master of Business Law in 2018.
Mrs. Ruth had excellent experiences working in
well-known law firm in Jakarta. She gave legal aid for free (pro bono) for the
poor people through Mawar Saron Legal Aid (LBH Mawar Saron) and dedicating her
time as a defense attorney at Hotma Sitompoel & Associates with more than
10 years of experience before she decided to join Hengki Sibuea & Partners
involves in a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration. Further, from
those experiences, she has great understanding on criminal law, industrial
relations,bankruptcy law, tax law, alternative dispute resolustion and debt
recovery,etc.
Mrs. Ruth has provided advice to prominent local companies, multinational companies, financial institutions, mining companies, and pharmaceutical companies with her reputation in handling negotiations, mediations and dispute settlements in litigation proceedings. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

those experiences, he has great understanding on Industrial Relations in
Industrial Relations Court, Family Law in District Court, Alternative Dispute
Resolution in Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), and Debt Recovery ini
Commercial Court. His focus of practice area has advised various his Clients to
achieve their objectives legal needs.
He holds a license to practice in Indonesian Courts
as well as member of The Indonesian Advocates Associaton (PERADI). He speaks
Bahasa Indonesia and English.
